The above rates are for work performed during normal business hours of 8am – 5pm Monday – Friday. Travel time is billable to the customer site. On-site minimum is one hour.

All other hours Monday - Friday; all day on Weekends & Legal Holidays add $20 per hour. Travel time is billable to and from the customer site. Minimum two hours.

Silver Bullet Tech Pros, Inc. also offers 24 x 7 telephone support services at the quoted rates with a ½ hour minimum. We can be reached 24 x 7 at 866-869-7167.

On-line remote access support is also billable at these rates with a ½ hour minimum.
